Because if you are even a tiny part, I think the limit is 4%, colored the gov, will make your loan payments with the wonderful new American Rescue Plan. So he got a DNA and he is pure Scottish. I got one too and I am pure blooded British Isles.</p><p></p><p>But people who have never discriminated against anybody have to make their own payments and also make the BIPOC's payments. Seems to me this is discrimination.</p></blockquote><p></p>
