Did you know thanks to the American Rescue Plan the U.S. Government (the taxpayers) will pay off your farm loan if you are BIPOC part BIPOC? (Black, Indigenous, People of Color)

What is a Socially Disadvantaged Farmer or Rancher? - Alcorn State ...

Section 2501 (a) defines a socially disadvantaged farmer or rancher as a farmer or rancher who is a member of a socially disadvantaged group, which is further defined as a group whose members have been subjected to racial or ethnic prejudice because of their identity as members of a group without regard to their individual qualities.

Socially disadvantaged farmers and ranchers - Wikipedia

In the United States, socially disadvantaged farmers and ranchers, for the purposes of USDA outreach and assistance, are defined under the 1990 farm bill as members of a socially disadvantaged group, which is defined to mean those whose identity in a group has subjected them to racial or ethnic prejudice without regard to their individual identity. . For the purposes of loan eligibility ...

The rancher across the road told us a rancher friend told him to get an Ancestryy or 23 and Me DNA test. Because if you are even a tiny part, I think the limit is 4%, colored the gov, will make your loan payments with the wonderful new American Rescue Plan. So he got a DNA and he is pure Scottish. I got one too and I am pure blooded British Isles.

But people who have never discriminated against anybody have to make their own payments and also make the BIPOC's payments. Seems to me this is discrimination.

I don't know enough about it, but I'm pretty sure this was squashed. If you read far enough into the last spending bill it replaced this with non discriminating language that may pay off USDA farm loans for everyone. We'll just have to wait and see.

Re Socially disadvantaged. I started off with practically nothing and I still have most of it.
I have been kicked black and blue and shyt on by some of the blackest little (can't use that word here)
ever went up an alley, Just because I have a king or two and a president in my tree doesn't mean
I don't have feelings... I can be the most indigenous person you ever met. Just give me my ATTRA
check and I will be OK........

Well I just heard about this yesterday.

White is a color too, we are not transparent. In humans it ranges from pale to pinkish to beige to tan. Freckles are found on some.

Where is the government suddenly getting trillions of dollars? Just printing it mostly and putting generations yet unborn in debt.

Well, let's see. I'm a White man who worked hard for everything I have, applied myself in school because I had to, and served my country for 23 years. All I have to show for it is a piddly 35 acre farm that I'm starting from scratch. Anyone know how much that costs!!?!

USDA won't do a damned thing for me. This administration's fascination with race boggles the mind, though in fairness I'll say this isn't the first time we've seen this kind of thing.

My ancestors were Volga Deutsch that ended up in the North Platte valley around Torrington WY - Scottsbluff NE. The kids on the playground called them "dirty rooshians" and discriminated against them in the early 1900s through the 1930s. That was really hard on them. I want my reparations.

My mother's father said no daughter of his was going to marry a "dumb Swede". They got married anyway. That makes me the son of a "dumb Swede". That is definitely makes me socially disadvantaged. How soon can they pay off the mortgage?

Old white men, bald & fat, disabled and ugly...They are by far the most discriminated sector of our population...their farm loans need to be forgiven too.
I had thought in the 1980's things were finally looking up as race-color was becoming a non-issue....but i was wrong.
Affirmative action and unfair compensations just promote discrimination.
***Keep compensating and it keeps discrimination alive ***

SAN DIEGO (TND) — This school year, a group of California high school students were supposed to receive top-notch instruction from college professors, but one of those professors reportedly decided to inject politics into their lesson plan.

During the first week of school, an professor turned English teacher at Madison High School in San Diego taught students, during a lesson that was supposed to be about expository writing techniques, that the "modern-day Republican Party" is fascist, and that "white, Christian, heterosexuals" are hallmarks of fascism.

"Immediately, I walk in and notice on the board, it says, 'the Republican Party is the fascist party, and it does not fit the mold of a Democratic Party,'" a student from the class, who spoke on the condition of anonymity out of fear of retaliation, told the Washington Examiner. "It's the first thing I saw when I came in."

The English teacher's political science lesson also listed whites, Christians and heterosexuals below the heading "fascist," denoting these groups fall into that category, the student also recalled.

"We were supposed to be learning how to make an argument for an argumentative essay," the student continued to The Examiner. "And the first thing he turns to is that. Then, he just got to the definition of fascism and what he thinks. He put down the Nazi Party and the modern-day Republican Party, which is just ridiculous."

The accused teacher is a faculty member at San Diego Mesa College and was teaching at Madison High School as part of the California College and Career Access Pathways Program.

A spokesperson for the college indicated to The National Desk (TND) that it was aware of the incident and would be "looking into the matter further." However, since it is a personnel matter, the college said it could not comment any further and could not release the name of the teacher in question.
.................

Hey wait a minute here. The fascist Nazis were about less freedom (no freedom) and Republicans are about more freedom.

According to the Socialist democrats presently running the country and the schools White Christian Heterosexuals are also discriminated and 'socially disadvantaged'. So the gov should pay our loans. Heck, just print another trillion out of thin air.

Yesterday Biden wrote some gibberish, an executive order about biotechnology and biomanufacturing.

Isn't growing beef and milk biomanufactoring?

Is this a plan to genetically bioengineer some kind of vast slimey mat covering the countryside that pieces could be cut off for food and distributed 'equitably'? Or, using biotechnology, folk's dead bodies could be made into Soylent Green?

Oh, and the USDA want you to register your garden.

Affiliate People's Garden locations will be indicated on a map on the USDA website, featured in USDA communications, and provided with a People's Garden sign.
Oh boy, a sign and a location known by the government.

"Local gardens across the country share USDA's goals of building more diversified and resilient local food systems, empowering communities to come together around expanding access to healthy food, addressing climate change and advancing equity." They've got all the words here.

USDA originally launched the People's Garden Initiative in 2009. It's named for the "People's Department, Socialism is another name for Communism, after all....

create greenspace for neighbors. Ah, yes, it will be great to have passers by wandering around the yard. I would have to sic Inga on them.
