Does anyone know or can anyone think of all the episodes of the cattle show? Id like to order some on video because unfortunately I do get this channel. And their website does not list them. I mostly like the ranch or the breed showcase episodes.

They have had Angus, Simmies, Maines, and Braunves(sp) for breeds. Talked about recieving calves, bull selection and management. Dairy cattle feeding and handling. Insiling corn. Right now mineral program. Cactus Cattle Feeders. A few more i can't really remeber.

Ive seen Hydraulic chutes. Ultra Sound data. Minerals, it had Camp Cooley on there. It showed some of there young bulls also. Ive seen Farm Safety for Kids, Cattle Dogs, and Bucking Bulls. Id like to see Angus and the bull one. Which farms/rancehs does it go to on these episodes?

The one from last week was over how to break a show calf without a lot of stress and without getting a sore back pulling him around.
Most everyone Ive seen will abosolutely bore you to death...lol I know the farm safety had a good message but what does it have to do with "The Cattle Show". The most boring has been the ultra sounding episode with Gerald Frye. Its boring because Gerald talks in monotone.

The last one I saw was the Simmental one and they were at some ranch out in Montana and there black herd looked as far from simmie as you could imagine. Looked like a whole big set of commercial angus out there.
The Feed series for Dairy was extremely boring for me because dairy doesn't interest me. I'd like to see more of the show and for it to showcase more big ranches and more small farms.

I agree Jake, I have found that sometimes other shows like on the History Channel and etc. will sometimes show cattle. For instance I have a tape of an episode on the History Channel called Modern Marvels: Cattle Ranching. It tells of modern advances in the industry, such as AI, the introuction of breeds in the early years. It also showcases two ranches. RA Brown and the Pitchfork Land & Cattle Co. in Texas. I really enjoy watching it from time to time
I wonder if theres anymore shows like that on the National Geographic Channel or the Discovery Channel? We have a station here called Turner South ownedd by Ted Turner. Theres a show called Southern Living Presents: and it showcased a cattle ranch in Florida called Turner Cattle Co. I really enjoyed it also.

The American Rancher comes on that same station RFDTV it as better shows on cattle ranchs than the cattle show does to me but I like them both.
Id like to see a show with the filming quality of the History Channel or the National Geographic Channel make ranching shows/cattl shows. Id really like to learn alot mroe about the biggies. Like all the big ranches in Texas...6666, King Ranch, 06 Ranch..etc. Maybe the Haythorn Ranch. Id really like to know more about Adams Ranch. I know knothing about them other than they created Braford, and raise several composites. How many head do they have?

This guy, Frye, you speak of is nothing more than a well rehearsed pitchman for Nutrena Feeds. Not saying that's a bad thing , they have to pay for the shows some way.
