We had Thanksgiving day supper instead of dinner today.
A bit different this year. Just two of us, so thawed out a beef roast, cooked it in a crockpot with carrots and potatoes, butternut squash, peas, can of cranberry,
and cornbread. Banana pudding a little later for dessert.
Wife is going to make a version of my grandmother’s fruit salad tomorrow, It was her take on ambrosia salad I think.
