Tent Camping And Hunting

Ok gang, the wife and I are looking to do a quick couple day hunt and tent camping expedition sometime towards the latter part of sept or mid October. Kinda wanting to stay on western side of state due to less travel time for us.

This will be our 1st time going up to Kentucky so I'm not terribly sure of where we wanting to go just yet. Are there wma's we should stay away from? Electricity would be nice but is not essential.

Any help and info is greatly appreciated and any info we can help out with later we will return favor. Thanks!

I am not sure where you are from, but I have heard that "Land Between the Lakes" is nice. We have seveal Board members from Western KY that can advise.

IMHO, LBL is good for camping, and decent for hunting.
