The portable panel thread over in the beginner's board got me to thinking about my "temporary" arrangements. The portable working chute has been set-up in its present location for around 5 years now. Portable shed hasn't moved either. Then I considered feeders and other things.

A whole lot of my "temporary" items have become fixtures. And they work well.

I always "try things out" in certain arrangements. If it works out well for a year or two, it gets some concrete to and posts!

Probably for the best. I had anything temporary. Seems like they don't leave much room for error anywhere. (ask Sky). :hide:

Don't get me wrong, she's the love of a thousand lifetimes, but I just didn't intend it to be permanent, and that was 20 years ago.......
