Minnesota has positively identified 3 infected herds this year and are continuing their search. It looks like MN will lose their TB Free status. I live in Wisconsin and have never had to deal with this or even had in cross my mind till this year.

My question goes out to those in states that are not TB Free and what happens exactly?? Is it genetic? are there immunizations? does it pass freely? what can be done?

I have done a bit of research on the MN State board of animal health, and these are some questions not answered.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Michele
