Well, thought so until I printed out my invoices for today and realized it is Friday the 13th :shock: . Am not a superstitious person but somehow I get kind of careful/wary on this specific day :roll: .

Have been to town and back without any major happenings, don't have to work with any machinery, tools etc for the rest of the day....in fact think I'll take the rest of the day off, it's great to be your own boss at times :banana:. It's 13h00 here....

This is a Western culture 'thing' and has been handed down through the generations. Anyone else feel a little creepy on a Friday 13th?

I do not worry about Friday the 13th, I have sorry luck every day. On a funny note I have a co-worker that was married to wife number four on Friday the 13th, and they have been married 18 years, so the 13th cannot be all that bad.

That's exactly it, if we had never heard of it we wouldn't put any value to it. In all my years I don't think I've had an incident that I can relate back to Frid 13th but am still wary :help:

I went to Macdonalds today for lunch and the bill came to $6.66 :shock: . I'm not superstitious but thought it was funny.

That's a monochrome painting I did of Apollo, the Greek God ....I'll carry on looking for something that meets with Larry's approval :lol:

I did herd healthy yesterday and it started out a real gong show . 2 of my bulls that hadn't seen each other in 5 months decided to see who was the strongest on the way to the corral so I had to let them fight it out until I could finally get one behind a gate to close on him then my biggest cow (a real beotch) decided that she wanted no part of preg checking and vaccs so she jumped an 8foot gate and a 7 foot fence taking the fence with her . :bang: She is going this week , am done no matter how nice a calf she raises , not worth having her disrupt the herd and make my life miserable when I have to put her in a chute . :devil2:

Oh and a very nasty habit has been picked up by Nikki . Ido not know when she got this but she likes to bite the noses of the cattle when they walk through the C alley on the way to the chute , thus they do not want to go through there anymore . Need to nip this in the bud asap , will not put up with gripping no matter what .

I like Apollo too Ali, but if you are going to change your avatar , I like the first one . :tiphat:
