Synchronize non bred

Saw a nice set of heifers for sale that were advertised synchronized and non bred. My question is why would the heifers be synchronized and then not bred them....? Does doing this help in future cycling.? :???:

Seems like a strange thing to do - or advertise?

Check integrity of advertiser....if shady it could be the were set up to breed, exposed, and they didn't stick..... synchronized but not bred.
