Had a cow that had calf’s head and one foot out, other foot stuck inside and calf had died by the time I found her. Had to cut the calf’s head off to get it to go back in to get the other foot around and had to pull with come along. Gave her a shot of la-200 and let her go. That was Friday, cow is getting around slow and appears swollen all over. What would cause the swelling?

You answered your own question. Having a calf stuck in the vagina for several hours and then getting it pulled out with a come along will cause some swelling. You're lucky she's still walking.

She looks swollen all over not just the vagina, never seen one do that
All over where? Face and everything? Could be a tetracycline allergy.

Edit to add: Cows that have a perforated uterus can have air accumulate under the skin along the top line. That could also be what you're seeing.

Her neck and entire body. I gave her the la 200 Friday, do you think she could still be having a reaction to it now?
It would be unusual, but there aren't any usual causes for what you're describing. Is your daughter a vet, or am I thinking of someone else here? A good physical exam would be worth while.
