With the holidays here I thought I would share my defination of stress with you. And if you have ever met my in-laws you would understand why I keep a cooler in the bed of the truck!!

Stress is that confusion created when one's mind overrides the body's desire to choke the living shi.t out of some as.shole who desperately needs it!
