I have a 3 year old registered Black Angus Bull. He has been fine but now I notice he seems to have lost weight, lots of slobbering out of the mouth, and doesn't seem to care about any grain feed. He looks good in his eyes, and this gentleman is hard to handle in a head gate. Any suggestions welcome.

Thanks Twin Springs Farm

I could say the losing weight he might have worms, but the slobbering of the mouth, not sure, does he do this all the time, or just certain times?

Is he eating or drinking at all?

Rabies, wooden tongue, and a cut or abcess inside the mouth are the first couple things that come to mind...

...If you can't examine him yourself, then you need to take him to a vet or have your vet come out.
