My heart goes out to the folks that have lost loved ones or homes during this storm.
It's hard to imagine such widespread damage.
All the way here in KY, our county is closed me if 8 counties listed as a state of emergency.
There were trees down all over the county, several down across our road.
Thousands of people without electricity.
I initially thought we may have been spared with just a single sheet of tin blowing up on a building in the yard.
On looking further most of the roof, frame tin and all blew off of a hay shed.
The first e of the wind also appears to have pulled the barn posts up some before the roof came off.
Another metal building that I use to store hay, had the front sliding door blown off.
Just in one field that we currently have cows in there are 5 trees uprooted.
Haven't checked the other fields yet that don't currently have cattle, but I'm expecting to find a mess in some of those too.
We got really disheartened for a little bit, when we couldn't find one of the new calves and then saw it at an angle that looked like a tree had fell on him, but thankfully he was just laying beside the down tree on the opposite side.
