Has anyone tried the Stock Doctor. What are the pro's and cons? Would you recommend it? It seems to me that the needle's could bend easily? Any thoughts would be great.

We use the medi dart. We have had it since about '00. We have not broken any needles but we have replaced parts. But after seven years what do we expect.
When we first used it it was great.
Now the cows see it coming and run and hide.
But out on pasture for foot rot, persistance pays off.

I have one, Works alright in a pasture situation the 1st time or 2 on an animal. . Once an animal get smart I go at night when they are bedded down...and shine the truck lights on them so they can,t see me.The needle is pretty tough.It will bend..I really doubt if they could break it.
