Spring grazing fall pasture

I haven’t had calves on my pasture since Oct.( rye fescue mix). It’s stockpiled with fall growth. If the ground is dry, can I flash graze the stockpiled fall growth without damaging the pasture? Thanks

You can graze fescue at any time

And it'd help the new growth to get the old growth eaten off.
