We were at the Alabama Cattleman's convention a few weeks ago, a main thread in talking to producers was the mud. A vet I highly respect recommended worming both cows and calves because the mud is increasing parasites. We wormed our calf crop at 3 months and see a difference already. We wormed the cow herd in October and will worm them again next month. We haven't had the mud some of you folks in North Alabama have had.
I love those calves with Crome, I confess I love seeing color when your a purebred Angus breeder you don't get to see much color, good thing I also think Black is beautiful!
