Always a great game, seeings how they are both SEC teams, but, you never know, which will come out on top.

Living in close proximity to the Alabama line, I often used to bump heads with the other team.

My heart and blood is Orange.
I always wanted to play for UT, but wasn't quite good enough.
It's a tuff squad to make.

I'm very proud of the boys from the "Hill".

Alabama led the game for the 1st 56.5 minutes. But all that counts is who is winning at the end of 60 minutes.

Illinois has lost just as many "Out of Conference" games (3) as they have "In Conference" games (3).

In other words..........It ain't just the Big 10 that's whooping Ilinois every week. :lol:

That's my point. If we had scheduled, say, Auburn, Texas and Tennessee instead of elite powerhouses like Rutgers, Syracuse and Ohio U, we would be 5-3 right now instead of 2-6.
