Things were going good until about 11:30. The wife decided to check the oil in the town truck. Pulled the lever to pop the hood. Something in the leakage broke. She wanted me to look at it. I said after I load this hay. Went to get on the tractor and it was leaning away from me. Walked around to the other side and the right rear tire was flat. By the time I got into the house she had called the shop. They had the part and off she went to the shop (real cheap repair). I called the tire store. They said there guy would be out in a couple hours. While I was waiting the phone rang. The pump guy up in South Central WA. We are in the middle of selling that place we have up there. They were going to do a water test today. It appears the pump is froze up. He got a new one coming tomorrow. Will have to pull the pump which is down 200+ feet. Says he will have it done by late tomorrow. Then the tire guy shows up. Turns out the wheel is rusted around the valve stem which ate the tube. So the tire and wheel went off the the shop. The wheel will need to go to Ag welding for repair. Some days a man should just stay in bed. The wife is singing that song from Hee Haw. Gloom, Despair, and Agony on me. Deep dark depression. Excessive misery. If it weren't for bad luck I would have no luck at all...... Somehow I don't think that is very funny today.

i am in no way making light of your problems/situation, but is that not what makes life interesting? i enjoy never having a dull day (no matter how bad it may momentarily seem} and that is my optimism quota for the day.. hope better luck for you
