Why does this always happen when we get a little bit of snow, just a foot and still falling....the Country comes to a stand still. We were warned about snow coming days ago and the grit lorries went around where they could fit as our Country lanes are quite small, but the trains, the motorways, the buses, and airports have come to a stand still in most places nothing London being one of them, in this day and age things like this should not happen. Only one runway working in a big airport like Heathrow is madness, the M25 around London shut, I am amazed. Sorry to go on but well words are now failing me......
