anyone on here have small squares of alfalpha or timothy hay in western washington? i just need a few for rabbits.

WalMart sells small sacks of alfalfa for rabbits in the pet food section. Tractor Supply probably does also.

Yeah Wally world does just that, and makes a good several bucks off of it..............wish I was the supplier making that kinda money on that small amount of hay.

Me thinks subs wants to get the most for the money...I know I would....... why not pay 5 or 8 bucks for a very good quality alfalfa bale that weighs 50 or more lbs instead of dropping almost that for a plastic bag of who knows how old alfalfa that would weight not more then a few lbs from the big box?

Am i right sub? :cboy:

hit it on the nose medic...the pet stores here sell small bags of hay for the same price as quality squares that i would know more about

Subs,

There has to be some feed stores up there on the Kitsap pennisula (I am assuming you are stationed at Bangor or Bremerton). They would have alfalfa by the bale. Try the Port Orchard or Silverdale areas both area have lots of backyard horse types so I am sure that there are stores in those areas. Look for a Del's feed store there are a lot of them around western Washington.
