I have not got my heifer's bred yet and wont until this June. My neighbor bought 11 heifer's in their 3 rd trimester and i have been watching them tring to learn something about telling when they are about to calf etc....., I have noticed that whenever their milk come's in and their utter's balloon out. That they will usually calf with in about 24 hour's. I have only saw two of the 11 do this so far. 4 of the 11 has had their calfs and i was not arround when one of them was born. And just happened to catch one when it first started calfing. So is this pretty well true ? When ever their milk come's in like that. Will they normally calf soon afterward's ?
