Hey Crowder, a friend of mine just bought 4 acres up your way I guess maybe 45 minutes from Chattanooga. He said he has a ranch now. :lol: :lol:

Yep the 10 acre.."Ranches"...are somewhat funny.

Recently, a fellow with 13 acres and it seems..... one of each farm animal I can think of including an early morning hollowing peacock.... was talking about the ranch. A large rancher took him to task saying he had a farm not a ranch because of all the different animals...as a ranch denotes a single animal group. They are going around and around in the coffe shops over that one.
