Sick Cow need advice!

I'm 18 and just got in to cattle a few years ago. I recently bought a red white face cow at the stock market and a few days later it began, to kind of hic up on the inside when she breathed. She will also cough every now and then. My grandfather thought it could be namoua so we gave it two shots. The cow didn't get any better. She eats fine and moves around alright and she's in the second stage. Does anyone know what she might have and what i could do about it?

I had one do this and my vet suspected hardware disease. If you don't know it is an affliction cause by injestion and other foreign material in the rumen. I would also listen for an echo of the heart. That is s tell tell sign my vet uses.
