How many shows do you take your cattle to in a year.? We are just looking at out schedule for 2008 and there are 21 we would like to go to . The most ever.
I would say that is depends on the distance, time needed to be gone, temperature, why you show and costs that dictate the number of shows to attend. It depends on the year, but it has not been uncommon in the past for the farms that I have worked with to show at 12-15 shows.
We did 12 in a year one time. That was to much for our family. There are just so many other things to get done. But hey if you can afford it and you keep your cattle healthy it can work. You must however stay on top of preventative health issues.
