Should I kill this?

I had ryegrass and clover drilled last fall and now one of my pastures is full of this. I just assumed it was what was drilled but the guy that cut my hay and my wife are saying that I should get rid of it, he referred to it as "slick d@ck". Googling that term got me nothing but sites that I shouldn't be looking at so hoping someone here can help.

Looks like some stuff we have around here. We treat it like a weed. The buckhorn plantain looks like what we have

It's just snake heads. My cows eat on that every fall.

What the others said. My cows eat down too. It can take over in certain climate and soil conditions.
