yeah, hasn't been as hot here either.. so far.. hoping the second cut comes up better because of it.. it has been an earlier year, I'm about 2 weeks ahead of my usual haying

Beauties! You are not too far from us, we are in Langley BC. We just started raising Short Horns last year. Their size in comparison to our Herefords and Angus is shocking. We are changing to Short Horns only, slowly phasing out our other breeds. We bred all of our cows to a short horn bull this year and have been getting some pretty big boned calves. Great looking bunch you have!

Its about 2 hr southwest to get to Dawson Creek they are getting flooded out there now the town is cut in half by high water, Fort St John is 2hr northwest and they are having snowfall warnings there, Peace River has a watch for twisters tonight as we are in middle of system, wild weather this year!
