Shortage of guns

Don't know for a fact , but I have heard on the news and also from a lot of indivduals that you can not find any kind of gun or amunition in Central Tx, it has been a gun buying frenzie here in the state, now the gov.says we can't secede.

I will probably regret this but: there is more then one way to skin a cat.

If states can not secede, can a majority of states expel other states from the union?
