I was at a sale the other day where they sold a 7420 loader tractor with the IVT, looks like that would be a pain to drive doing loader work. Cousin is a mechanic for Deere and I haven't heard him say much nice about them.

What's a reman unit cost? I'm going to throw a WAG out there of 30k.

You're probably not far off.

Swapped a reman NH AutoCommand in a T7 2ish years ago and the trans alone was $27,500. Rest of the incidentals brought parts total to right around 30k.

My experience in the short time I had using one for loader work was that it was top shelf for that task. It took a while to get it figured out but once I got the hang of it it was a let down to go back.

We put reman in I think just over 30k for parts thats not any labor
