On the way home from the post office I ran into guests on my place. A band of bighorn sheep. There is 5 ewes, 2 yearlings , and 3 lambs. The picture is taken from where my driveway meets to county road. That side of the road I only own about 50 acres. It is mostly rock so about all it is good for is sheep pasture.

Bighorn are magnificent. I drew one permit during my 18 years in Montana. I shot a nice one near Anaconda. My favorite North American Game animal. A nice full curl ram is magnificent.
