I normally don't write things of this nature but these people have put a burr in my saddle.

If anyone is considering purchasing one of their drivers I urge them to consider a Worksaver or any other possible alternative. We've got two of their drivers, bought one new and the other used so we could have two working at a time. Shaver's customer service as far as parts for the used driver has been horrendous. One of their distributers has been quite helpfull but the company itself is a disappointment. They couldn't even tell me which valve was on my driver and were not interested in seeing pictures of the valve. I've purchased parts from Shaver in the past to retrofit older drivers and have had to modify their parts before installation more often than not.

Not to mention, I've seen drunks drive straighter than these things.
