Hi guys, I’m new to the forum as well as the angus business. This past winter I used Powerpoint from ST. I have three calves out of him so far and am really impressed with my 293 bull calf out of a black diamond dam. She traces back to 004. I was wondering if anyone had used Powerpoint and what they thought of the calves. Also I think his 11 CED should be higher. But with his growth and marbling, I’m going to use him on more of my Schaff genetic females to get that ribeye up. Overall, I really like how dense and deep bodied my calves out of him are and am looking to use 293 in my uncles herd as a cleanup and calving easing bull for heifers. I’m just shocked that there hasn’t been much use of him and the fact that I haven’t seen any bulls out of him besides at spicklers and ellingsons.
