romagnola

i've been looking at some romagnola info and pics and talked to some breeders. i am looking for input on temperament, or anything you know or have experienced with them.

I have extremely limited experience with this breed, as as such I don't think my two cents is probably a true representative of the breed. But seeing as you haven't had any other replies: temperament wise the bulls I have handled can be a little fiery - but as I say my experience is limited to one breeder. Other than that I know they have worked successfully in crossbreeding operations here as a terminal cross. As a purebred they can be difficult to fatten. They are one of the breeds that I kinda like the look of, but have never really gotten the opportunity to pursue the interest.

Have a neighbor who has 40-5- head.

They are a bunch of pets.

Seen them and like them. They cross well with Angus and Brahman. They seem like they are pretty good doers,haven't heard many adverse comments about them.
