Is anyone using an app to stop Robocalls?

I recently started a subscription using Robokiller. It is $24 a year with a one week trial period. I was getting about 20 calls a day. To the point that I stopped answering any calls.

Robokiller works. It daily updates the list of spam and Robocalls. There are over a million such numbers registered to legally call for telemarketing.

You can set it up with an answerbot. What that does is tie up their line. To get some pay back.

I get maybe 1 per month. Not worth installing any blocking software.
I liked my old phone better. If your # wasn't in my contact list, the phone didn't accept the call.

Some tell me they get so many calls, their phone is an absolute nuisance.

I have hiya installed couple weeks ago.
Seems to have cut down the robocalls.

Robokiller has totally stopped the Robocalls but it is not free.

I haven’t got any either.
Don’t know if I am just lucky or the app is working that well.
Seems the robocalls come in waves.

I answer all my calls I just don't say a word. If it's a real person they'll say something otherwise the robocall will just hang up. I went from a bunch of robo calls to very few.

Real people call you?

I get a ton of them! But if I don't recognize the number I simply don't answer the phone & check my messages when it's convenient. Agree with CB they seem to come all at once, monthly, then stop.

Since I only believe half of what I see and nothing that I hear, it's very possible that I'm being taking advantage of.

I probably get some but don't know it. If a call doesn't show a name on caller I.D. I simply don't answer it. If they leave a message and I recognize them I'll call back. If thye don't leave a message no call.
