Rice Pudding

I have looked all through my cook books and I cannot find a recipe for rice pudding.
I usually have rice left over after making my Sweet and Sour meatballs and I hate wasting it.

Rice pudding. Oh....that's good stuff. We got a recipe for it. Unfortunately I am not at home, so that doesn't help.

seemed to be alot of variations when browsing thru most have rasins, I don't like them ... was looking for the European style rice pudding recipe but didn't find one...
