I was born in '63, but I have a famously long memory, and bothers and a sister that were all WAY older than me, so I can remember my sister going through her hippie phase, (to the extent that that kind of thing happened in Granbury and Dad would tolerate!), the Manson murders, the race riots in Watts, the first man on the moon, (my dad made us watch), and other events. I can also remember Lyndon Johnson giving Presidential speeches, and I can remember Huntly and Brinkly on the news every night talking about Viet Nam.
