Red Celery

Hows this, first we had to get our heads around to eating red onions, red cabbage, red spinach and now... celery :shock: . I must say it looks quite attractive.

I've seen the seed for this but have never tried it. I saw some red sauerkraut the other day made from red cabbage and it did look good.
