Went out at 1 am and found that one of our AI cows had calved.
Nice little 88# heifer calf.

She was a little chilled. Had to retag her dam so we just got her up to the cow and she went to work.

Nice heifer ILH . Post a pic in about 4 months I would love to see her again. Dont you love this time of year. Just seems everthing is new. I had a bull calf yesterday and twins Monday. So far both are ok.

Lazy A so does her dam. Very funny cow real worry wart concerning this calf. Checked on her last night and the cow was standing directly over the calf. No predator will have a chance against that cow.

Baldie we are expecting one more. Had only AI'd 4 cows only 2 caught. Our vet ultrasounded them at 21 days and the 2 were showing the beginning of a calf.
