Sorry whens the last time you got some rain?

We've had a very wet winter (rain/snow). I dug a 3ft deep hole to put a post in over the weekend and it was mud about 6'' below the top soil all the way down to the bottom.

It was about a week ago.. only about half an inch. We are below normal about 2-3 inches already..

The news channels say we are 5 inches low, "for the year". The lakes were dry for a couple of years now. Lake front property owners are doing so serious crying and whining.

This time of year is normally catch up for us. Didn't happen last year and my wheat hasn't done so well this year. The ice storm back in early December melted. We picked up just over a half inch a couple of weeks back. A couple of 1/10 of an inch drizzles too. That's about it.
