got a 1/2 about 2 this morning or at least that is what the rain gauge says wind has been blowing 20 to 40 all day yeserday and thru the nite so maybe only 1/2 got in the rain gauge since it was coming down sideways :lol:

Got 2in over the weekend. Ponds are sure low and everything is still pretty brown. Will have to feed hay around the first of November, last year made it till mid December.

The wind that blew through Missouri got here before dawn and the rain got here about 11am. The TV weathermen were all over it, but the twisters didn't form. Straight line winds got a few trees. And the result was 0.8" inches. I've never seen grass green up so quickly--then I rembered how much dust was on the grass and realized it had just had a shower. :lol: It sure beats nothing, but it sure doesn't break the drought.
