We planted our garden yesterday and it started raining last night and has rained steadily all day. Praise the Lord!!!

Hey every body!!
From 9:30 Sat. nite untill 10:30 this morning(Mon.) we had 6&1/2 inches of slow steady rain. Now the sun is shining and the humidity must be near 100%. I'm not complaining though.

We didn't get nearly that much but more may be on the way.

Planted the hardier crops last week when it was in the 70's and we were getting rain every other day. Things were looking good and I was beginning to think I could plant the tender crops, but held off. Boy, I'm glad I did! It's now highs in the mid 40's and has dropped below freezing three times this week. More of the same until mid next week. Things could have been ugly if I'd gotten impatient!
