Rain !! Wonderful Rains!

Life is pretty sad when you can sit in front of the screen watching the different weather channel radar depictions of rain, and be totally excited about it! I picked up and inch and a half at the house and about three-quarters down on the farm. This is wonderful. This is the first significant rain since early September.

Question: My oats and wheat went in the ground 4 months ago. Some of it sprouted, then there was 3 weeks of 100 degree temperature and lots of 90 plus degree days. Does any of it have a prayer of coming up now?

I wouldn't plan on getting much up. Enjoy the rain and plan on planting your sudan or summer crops.
