how was the rib

It was very good. I also posted this on the "What's Your Favorite Meal?" thread. I had this small slice of prime rib, with twice-baked potato, French bread, and roasted brussel sprouts. My son fixed the prime rib and served it with a choice of horseradish or chimichurri sauce (I had both) on the side. (For those unfortunate souls that aren't familiar with chimichurri sauce, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chimichurri.) Homemade lemon meringue and store-bought chocolate silk pies for dessert. (I had some of each of those too.)
