question about preventive shots for cows

my dad and i have somewhere around 120 cows. We have a real problem with scours. i know that there are shots you can give has a preventive and we have done and at first it seemed to help but it seem now to not work has well. Any of you guys and gals have anything you would recommend. thanks

We use ScourGaard 3 and it works very well for us. Keep in mind that this is a killed vaccine and requires 2 initial shots spaced properly, after the initial vaccination I believe it only requires a booster for cows, but still requires 2 for first time calvers.
