I was told yrs. ago that pumpkin seed act as a wormer for cattle like plug tabacco is for horses. Has anyone heard of this or just an old wives tale. If so , which worms does it take care of?
Sounds like a wives tale to me, when I grew punpkins we fed all the culls to the cattle seeds and all . So according to that I got them wormed for free and did'nt know it. They do love pumpkins.
