Selling one of our ranches in Medina County and looking to do a 1031 for property east of San Antonio and cannot believe the cost of most places we have looked at. Looking for some improved grasses and don't really want a house on it. If anyone knows of anything out there in the proximity of Luling, Waelder area, I would appreciate it.
