I hate these dang things drop down on a shotgun barrel can't find the line. They also act magical as they will make two squirrel's or doves appear and only one fall's. I swear I put it on both of them.

I could pop beer cans consistently at 100 yards with any pre-64 Winchester (once I set the elevator on the sights). I took great pride in it. Now I can't see the back sight.

Caustic Burno.. have you had them long? .Mine took a week or two to get used to.

I went to using a shotgun cause I couldn't line up the sights any more...night blasting the yotes is just an exercise any more...haven't actually hit one in months.

Had mine for a while and they do bug the stew out of you at first. Had to go with scope on rifle only way I could keep shooting. That took a while to get use to.

Are any of you fellers candidates for that laser eye surgery? Ol' boy up here had it done and the wife was driving him home - got about half way there and he took the sunglasses off and drove the rest of the way - said it was the best decision he ever made.

Caustic I would never have thought that you would be so vain as to wear the progressives, to keep people from knowing you needed bi-focals. The first pair of progressives I tried were several years ago. I could not get used to them. I went to an old eye doctor after that and he said if they ar so darn good then why would I not be wearing them. I looked and he had on tri-focals. That is what I wear now. If and when they implants get less costlier then the tri-focals will be what I wear. The hardest part for me now is when I try to weld.

I had to teach myself to shoot with my left eye closed. When I line up on the sight I am looking down the barrel thru the regular part of the lens and thru the bifocal with my left eye.Z
