posting pictures from a laptop

How do you post a picture on ct from a laptop? I take a picture with my camera and down load to my laptop. Then what? I've only been able to post from my phone using photo bucket.

Open your photo bucket account on your laptop. There will be an option to upload photos choose the photos off of the laptop you want to upload. Then open each picture and copy the img tag and paste it in your message body.
