Planting grass

[DCA farm]

Hope yalls days going good it's a warm wet one in Louisiana I'm looking at planting grass come ive got Bermuda Baha'i and just native grass in my pastures now. I don't want to bust the ground is overseeding with Bermuda seed worth doing or will I need to just the ground prior to plantingtgis spring
