Pipe H brace without welding?

I want to build a pipe H brace in an area inaccessible to any equipment. Anyone have ideas about how to build a good pipe H brace with brackets or other fittings to hold it together?

Threaded pipe with threaded tee's, 90's, and flanges that can bolted together in pieces in the field?

So if you're using say 3 inch pipe. Weld you 6"long stand outs of say 2" pipe at the hieght you want your horizontal. The brace will slide over them kinda like a hinge pin. You can also weld one on at a angle for a diagonal brace.

Just got a box from him to test, but I haven't tried them yet. My first impression is that they are better than I thought they'd be, but no proof of that yet.

I was looking at those "bullet" assemblies, but noticed in the response to a complaint that they don't tell you in the ads that you have to use wire bracing like you would with wood post.

how would you keep water out of the braces and then freezing and splitting them out ?
I don't personally like any open pipe for wasp and water. I would cap them and make the bolt hole tight fit or sleeve it and weld the sleeve.
