I am going out on a limb and saying that fine example of Bovine perfection in the middle. One thing's for sure she really outdid herself and she had a lot of help doing it.

Just by looking at the poll, ear, frame, coat, ect.. I would guess #2. Throw in the environment it would be a dead giveaway. But I wouldn't bet on none of the three. I got in a poker game once trying to win a cow and wound up losing half of one.

Got to say nope...teats on the bags hangs different. Top of head looks different to me also. One cow has poop on the butt and the other doesn't.

yep the ground the overcast sky of the 2nd cow and the calf are the same they were taking more recently then your cows

Can't fool you guys.

The calf belongs to the #2 cow. The owner of the cow claims she has sme beef master in her. The calf is out of a Red Poll bull we sold to this guy two years ago. I believe it shows what the tight non-watered down genetics of a good Red Poll bull can do on a less than average cow. The owner is very pleased with the calves the bull has produced. In his words "all of his calves look the same".

As far as the other two cows, they are not the same. In fact they aren't even related. They are just two of the type of cow we have been breeding for over the last few years. Thank goodness for ear tags as it makes it easier to tell them apart. Most of our cows look just like those two. When I get back home I will post some other pics of our cows.

The question is ; how much better she is than her mother?. Not whether she fits the defination of a "good" calf. That is the point of the whole thread.

The short answer is..............A LOT BETTER.
